Lift & Tilt Edge of Dock

The Lift & tilt edge of dock leveller is ideal for areas where space is restricted and a conventional dock leveller cannot be installed, it is designed to be lifted manually using the profile cut out, the counterbalanced weight system holds the lip down securely to vehicle bed and building floor to eliminate the void between the vehicle and building allowing loading or unloading to be safely carried out.
Rubber dock bumpers are fitted to the integral frame of the platform, standard bumper measurements are 250mm wide x 450mm long x 100mm deep.

The standard design measures 2040mm wide over bumpers & 1200mm high and is supplied with a weight capacity of 2000kg, the standard lip is 1800mm wide & 700mm deep with 5 degree bend and a chamfered lead to both edges.
